Hi, I’m Cynthia Williams

founder of Lifestyle Real Estate

I started my career by working in Corporate America at a large Fortune 500 company. I had success by all traditional measures, but I was miserable. I wasn’t making a difference or adding value to anyone’s life—not even mine.  I knew I couldn’t live the rest of my life that way. I resigned without any other plans and walked out of the building and never looked back.

As a Daddy’s girl, I consulted with my Father—my biggest cheerleader and lifelong ally.   He knew I purchased home design and house plan magazines every time I went to the grocery store. He knew I was able to identify the names of floor plans by builders just by driving past a home. I thought it was a hobby. My Dad saw it as my new career.  

He was right, of course.

23 years later I am still passionate about this industry.  There is nothing better than the look on a client’s face at closing. It is a major life event I get to share.  It is a blessing.  

Life is about more than making money.  It is about service to others and making a positive difference in the lives of the people we represent.  

I heard a loud voice in my head that said, “Do it yourself.” so I did, and I’ve never looked back.  That day was the start of an amazing journey - Lifestyle Real Estate in Charleston, SC.

Starting my own firm has been a blessing. I’m proud of our standards. Our team supports each other through good and hard times. We operate by the Golden Rule:  We treat others the way we’d like to be treated. I work tirelessly to make sure our clients know we’re here for them.

Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. I’ve learned you can’t please everyone, no matter how hard you try. I can only control what is on my side of the transaction. We handle every curveball with fairness, honesty, and respect. Consistently, our clients thank us for looking after their best interests. We value your business and your referrals of friends and family.  

I rarely have free time but when I do - I love to walk on the beach. Spending time in nature is therapeutic. Charleston parks are a treasure. I love walking along the streets of Downtown Charleston and admiring the homes.  I love working in the yard (even though it’s harder than I expected!) Seeing beauty in God’s creations brings me joy. I love spending time with both my work family and my own family. I treasure every moment I spend with my children— they are the best thing God ever gave me.  I am now the proud Mimi of a beautiful grandson - Owen. He is the sweetest thing. He gets tired of me kissing him, but I can’t help it! He’s so cute!

Growing up in the south, It’s my personal goal to show Southern Hospitality to everyone i meet.

As the owner of Lifestyle Real Estate, I want my clients to know if they need me they will get me. I answer all my calls, and if I miss yours - I will call you back! That is good customer service!

I’m passionate about my company. I want us to be the best we can be.
