Downtown Charleston

Downtown Charleston is iconic. Palm trees and ancient live oaks scatter the colorful streets. Balconies and bricked storefronts are reminiscent of another century. The sea breeze wafts its way down cobblestone streets. Boats float on blue ocean water in Charleston Harbour.

Mount Pleasant

The name describes it well. Mount Pleasant is nothing short of delightful. You may recognize it from the famous Ravenal Suspension Bridge. This community is scattered with marshes, rivers, and harbors. This bustling town is close to downtown Charleston’s excitement and a great place to live an everyday lifestyle. Bike over to Shem Creek for views of dolphins, manatees, and amazing sunsets. Isle Of Palms and Sullivan’s Island beaches are just minutes away.

Moncks Corner

Nicknamed “The Lowcountry's Hometown,” Moncks Corner was historically a trading post stop.  Worried about Charleston’s cost of living? Residents of Moncks Corner enjoy more affordable housing and outdoor recreation. A few activities you can find in this tight-knit community are hunting, fishing, kayaking, and horseback riding.  This is a great place for anyone who wants to live further out in the countryside. Wave to your neighbors as you drive down long country roads. Life in Moncks Corner is slow-moving and sweet.
